Vance Joy is engaged! Riptide singer reveals wedding plans to girlfriend Selen Us after three years of dating

Australian singer Vance Joy has revealed he’s engaged to his partner of three years Selen Us.

Attending the GQ’s Men of the Year Awards on Wednesday night, the Riptide singer gushed over his graphic designer fiancée.

‘She looks amazing,’ the 34-year-old told the Daily Telegraph at the event.

The ARIA nominee, who turns 35 next week, also hinted at the happy couple’s upcoming wedding plans, revealing they could say ‘I do’ as early as next year.

‘We are still planning it but it shouldn’t be too far away,’ he added.

Vance appeared at the GQ Men of the Year Awards red carpet looking typically suave in an all black suit with a velvet jacket and bow tie.

Meanwhile, Selen contrasted with a gorgeous white cutout dress, accessorising with a silver handbag and jewellery.

Last year, the Melbourne-based singer opened up about his long distance relationship with the Spanish art director.

Speaking with Herald Sun, he explained his track Missing Piece was dedicated to her.

‘I started writing it in Melbourne in lockdown. A lot of people were separated from their partners. In other songs I’ve talked about going home and that feeling of wanting to see someone,’ he said.

He has been nominated for five nominations this year: Song of the Year, Best Solo Artist, Best Adult Contemporary Album, Best Pop Release and Best Video.
