What were the winning numbers drawn in Oz Lotto $30million on Tuesday

The Oz Lotto Jackpot has been won, with one lucky Australian going home with a whopping $30million in prize money. 

The big winner snatched up this week’s humungous prize with the winning numbers 27, 42, 31, 38, 37, 3, 39 and the supplementaries 17 and 10.

This is the third time that a jackpot of this amount as been up for grabs for players of the Oz Lotto this year.

Last week, the prize money was set at $20million however, with no one picking the right numbers the jackpot increased to $30million for this week’s numbers.  

In November 2020, $30million was also up for grabs, with four winners evenly splitting the cash. 

Two of the winners, one from NSW and another from Victoria, spoke to The Lott anonymously. 

One of the men, a retiree from Wollongong, south of Sydney, planned to purchase a caravan to hide his $7.5 million winnings.

‘That’s awesome. You always think “I’d love to win the lottery” and now I have, and it’s a great feeling,’ he told The Lott.

He said he had won small prizes over the years and was glad to share the ‘incredible’ big winnings with three others. 

The big winner remarked that he was in disbelief when he checked his ticket and found out he had won big, saying it was lucky he was sitting down or he would have fallen over.   

‘I couldn’t believe it,’ he said. 

‘The biggest and best thing is that I will be able to help my kids out.’

The other winner, a man from Melbourne, said he was still going to turn up to work the next day and it going to use the winnings to buy a house and share his prize with his large family.    

‘I was very happy. I screamed out to my wife and showed her,’ he remarked to The Lott. 

‘She broke down into tears. She can’t believe it. She just keeps saying how unbelievable it is.’

Just last week, two western Sydney men also became millionaires after they took home division one in the Saturday Lotto draw on the weekend.  

The draw 4191 saw six winners from division one take home a prize of $1,048,320.62 each after the Saturday Lotto draw on September 18.   

This year, more than $167million has been claimed from 12 division one winning entries.

Of those 12 winners, four were from NSW, four were from Victoria, three were from WA and one was from the NT.
