The Strictly Come Dancing sisters have revealed they have a secret third sister – who is the ‘best dancer’ of them all.
Oti and Motsi Mabuse are well known for their dancing skills but there appears to be another lookalike sister who shares their talents.
While Oti used to show off her moves on the BBC dancing competition, her older sister Motsi is a judge on the panel while she also appeared on the German dance competition Let’s Dance as a professional dancer.
However the talented sister are often spotted on social media with their sister Phemelo, 35, who is the middle child of the family.
Phemelo keeps away from the limelight as she works as a mechanical engineer in South Africa.
However the third sibling does share her sister’s dancing abilities as she has competed at the World Dance Championships.
Oti revealed on the Jonathan Ross Show: ‘To be honest, we have another sister, middle sister, she was the better dancer.
‘She’s a mechanical engineer. She designs windmills which create electricity through wind in South Africa.’
The proud sister has detailed how her older sibling won the South African title in Latin American & Ballroom as a juvenile, junior and youth.
Phemelo went on to compete at world championship level four times, as well as teaching dance in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
She also appeared as a professional dancer on South Africa’s version of Strictly in 2006.
The three sisters make a single appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox in 2019.
Last month Oti announced she’s expecting her first child with her husband Marius Iepure on social media, after revealing they’d been ‘trying to conceive for a while.’
She confirmed their surprise baby news live on ITV’s Oti Mabuse’s Breakfast Show on Saturday morning.
She was joined by her Romanian dancer husband, 40, on her weekend chat show as he guided guests Marisha Wallace and Chizzy Akudolu through a dance routine.
But the couple then surprised both guests and viewers alike when they announced they are expecting their first child in the closing moments of the episode.
Embracing her husband, Oti began the final segment of her show as normal, before teasing that they had been ‘holding in some good news’.
She said: ‘Speaking of things that you didn’t know at home, we have a little something for all of you, we’ve been holding some good news. We’re having a baby!’
The couple then shared a warm embrace as the crew could be heard cheering, while Marisha and Chizzy looked completely shocked by the revelation.
After confirming the news live on air, Oti then took to Instagram to share an array of sweet snaps of herself cradling her baby bump as she posed alongside Marius.
She looked gorgeous in a pink off-the-shoulder jumpsuit as she cradled her blossoming baby bump and flashed a huge smile.
Oti cosied up to her husband in the snaps and opened up on her pregnancy in an accompanying caption, admitting she is ‘scared’ but describing it as ‘the best news’.
She also hinted at her due date as she told how their ‘beautiful journey’ is ‘nearly over’ and teased that ‘Christmas is about to get even louder’.
She penned: ‘Our ‘yes’ year is getting better and better and so is our little family.
‘We feel finally ready and excited to share our wonderful news. This is new for us scarier than swimming with sharks, jumping off cliffs or even swinging from bridges but the best news we could have ever ask for.
‘We love our little bundle of joy so much already… and can’t wait to see what our future will now look like as family of 3 plus Leo, it’s been a beautiful journey so far with close friends and family and nearly over but we have learnt a lot a long the way…. Christmas is about to get even louder.’
