Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife Ginni Thomas will speak with the January 6 committee, a new report reveals.

The House panel probing the Capitol attack has come to an agreement with Thomas after months of speculation over whether she would comply with the Democrat select committee.

Thomas will be interviewed by the panel in coming weeks, a source close with the panel told CNN Wednesday evening.

News that the panel wanted to speak with Thomas after it was revealed the committee was in possession of email correspondence between her and Donald Trump’s election attorney John Eastman.

They also had text messages between Thomas and Mark Meadows, who at the time of the exchange of messages was Chief of Staff to Trump. These messages showed Thomas urging Meadows to continue the fight to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Thomas is the wife of one of the most conservative justices on the Supreme Court, who was nominated by President George H. W. Bush, and is an attorney and conservative activist.
