After playing a round of Musical Beers, an alcoholic variation of Musical Chairs, with Joel McHale and Tariq Trotter, Fallon and Deutch ran through the conversational gamut.

Their conversation began by reminiscing about Deutch’s brief moment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

‘I played girl in the bathroom who got attacked by the lizard coming out of the toilet,’ she said. ‘I’m sure you guys all saw me in that, right?’

While she may have filmed a part for the movie, Deutch was quick to tell the audience that her scene ultimately ended up on the cutting room floor.

Fallon, however, said he has ‘friends in high places’ and played the never before seen clip.

After the clip, Deutch said, ‘CGI has gotten a lot better in the last 10 years. And I hope my acting too.’

Fallon asked Deutch if she always knew she wanted to be an actress, and she shared a clip where, while sitting on her mother Lea Thompson’s lap, the star admitted that she did want to be one.

The pair then launched into a game of Two Truths and a Lie. Deutch started by saying that she got stuck in three elevators in a span of two years, that she took her pet beetle to school for a month and that she peed her pants on Robert De Niro’s plane.

She revealed that, though she had a pet beetle, she never took it to school with her.

Finally, Deutch discussed her recently released film Not Okay, which follows a woman who lies about going to Paris to impress a co-worker and then lies about surviving a terrorist attack that happens there.

They pantomimed along with the audio in the clip, saluting during the term ‘rotten soldier’ and showing a pail when the voice says ‘pal’ with a bit of an accent.

Wanting to showcase her elegant late-night look, Deutch uploaded a full-body snap of herself rocking a black cocktail dress and white kitten heels.

Searchlight Pictures re-posted Deutch and Fallon’s funny video and captioned it, ‘The Queen herself @zoeydeutch stopped by @fallontonight to chat @notokaymovie.’
